About Me
Four(ish) paragraphs where I try to answer a question I still question from time to time: Who am I?
At my core I'm just a boy who wants to make other people smile. I enjoy traveling, eating more food than I should, and meeting new friends. ​

In 2021 my partner Lindsey, our dog Juniper, and I packed up our lives to start on an adventure across Europe. Lindsey made the decision to go to grad school so we quit our jobs, drove from Alaska to Maine, and finally set off to Lisbon, Portugal. This adventure will took us onward to Delft, Netherlands and Dresden, Germany. What we thought might be a two year adventure ended up spanning nearly four years, with more lessons learned than Lindsey received in the classroom.

With Lindsey at school and having quit my job, I found myself with quite a bit of extra time on my hands and decided to take a second shot at creating a website about me. After I started working in the Netherlands I let this site slip but am finally revisiting it.
After those tremendous four years, it was my turn to hang up my suits (or one might say... put them in my suitcase) and go back to school. Once again, Lindsey Juniper, and I packed our bags, and set off to Cambridge, Massachusetts for me to attend the Harvard Graduate School of Education. After graduating in May with my master's of education, I am on the job hunt. But thanks to an amazingly supportive partner, I'm taking it slow and looking for work that aligns with my values; I am not in a hurry.
